I am not a medical professional, but I understand that appendicitis is sometimes first felt on the opposite side to the side that the appendix is on, which is the right side.
In any event, pain that lasts this long really should be checked out; go to a doctor, a clinic, an emergency room, anything, just get your self examined ASAP.

as an er/rn i can tell you that there are lots of reasons to have abdominal pain; many questions that you will need to answer, tests that are needed, etc; you need to see your doctor or go to the local er; we take abd pain seriously @ our er and you don't need to take it lightly......answer this question: if you had to rate your pain on a scale of 0-10 (0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain you could imagine); if your answer is greater than 6 you need to go to the er now!
    good luck :)
