Help answer this question below.
I am not a medical professional, but I understand that appendicitis is sometimes first felt on the opposite side to the side that the appendix is on, which is the right side.
In any event, pain that lasts this long really should be checked out; go to a doctor, a clinic, an emergency room, anything, just get your self examined ASAP.
Obviously see a doctor , it could be an ulcer.
To be on the safe side you should go get it checked.
If it's that intense go see a doctor! You don't want to take any chances when it's your health your dealing with!!! =o( Hope you feel better!!!
it's very likelt that you have a ruptured cist on your ovary, you should really get that looked at if you neglect it you could put yourself in the hospital.
asking this question on here you'll get many different answers from people, none of of whom are doctors. Best bet, call the doctor! Good luck
Press down on where the pain is and let go. If it hurts to let go then it is probably your apendix
as an er/rn i can tell you that there are lots of reasons to have abdominal pain; many questions that you will need to answer, tests that are needed, etc; you need to see your doctor or go to the local er; we take abd pain seriously @ our er and you don't need to take it lightly......answer this question: if you had to rate your pain on a scale of 0-10 (0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain you could imagine); if your answer is greater than 6 you need to go to the er now!
good luck :)
I am twelve years of age, and I know that I should not be posting. My mum says its a pulled muscle, as I was at the park with my friends the day before I got it. I have been worried it was apendixitis(excuse my spelling) so I was googling what it could be. It does not hurt to sit or lay down, It just hurts if I am lay down and I sit up, does that mean that its a pulled muscle? I really hope it is, I am worried its apendixitis because when I was a child, afew months old, my brother had it and needed his removed. It is on my left side and when I read about the press down and let go if it hurts its proberbly your apendix, so I did and it slightly hurt to push but not to let go, does that mean I am ok?
