Considering that these diamond bikinis are worth around $30 Million dollars, I think it is safe to say that only an extremely wealthy individual (with a very good body) would be able to afford them. I think it is more likely that very few of these bikinis are actually worn but possible purchased for their collectibility and/or simply for promotional purposes.
