ON a Sony KV-XG29M80 TV, the upper portion of the screen is not visible. A bright horizontal line appears near the middle of the screen followed by rest of the picture. What could be wrong?

Where is the fuse of a sony kv-25ds1 model? i accidentally plugged this unit in 220v but actually it is 110v,. it pop out, so i think the fuse is it's problem, please help me..
