  • An interesting idea, and if we pursue it , why say 'he'? on the same basis God could be female, or shall we go for hermaphrodite?
  • No, I do not think so. Let me explain... We have to have rules to live by. You can't say "we're going to play a baseball game without any rules", "we're going to play a football game without any rules", "we're going to live a life without any moral rules". Well God has laid down certain rules and said "If you want the best of life, if you want complete happiness and fulfillment, live by these rules."** One of these rules is that marriage and sex is designed to be between a man and a woman. God provided a blueprint, a plan for marriage and for His good gift of sex* in Genesis 2:24", a gift that is only to be enjoyed within a marriage between a man and a woman. He only blesses sex within the committed marriage relationship of a man and a woman and made no exceptions, such as homosexual partnerships*. From Genesis on, the Bible praises the marriage of a man and a woman, but it speaks only negatively of homosexual behavior whenever it is mentioned* (see Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, Genesis 19:1-11; Romans 1:18-32 and Jude, verse 7). As far as "Did God create homosexuals?" Why would a God who... --knit us together in our mother's womb ("Where shall I flee from your presence? For you formed my inmost parts [or "you made all the delicate, inner parts of my body"]; you knit me together in my mother's womb."~Psalms 139:13) --made us unique and "wonderfully complex" (the word "wonderful" in the original language means "marvelous", "set apart.") --loves us so much he died for us so that we could be with Him in the relationship we were created for, in paradise (“You are precious to me...and I love you.” Isaiah 43:4 “For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love”, Romans 5:3-5) --provided a blueprint, a plan for marriage and for His good gift of sex* in Genesis 2:24", a gift that is only to be enjoyed within a marriage between a man and a woman --only blesses sex within the committed marriage relationship of a man and a woman -- made no exceptions, such as homosexual partnerships* (from Genesis on, the Bible praises the marriage of a man and a woman, but it speaks only negatively of homosexual behavior whenever it is mentioned*) --laid down certain rules to live by for us *so that we can have the best of life, and complete happiness and fulfillment* **--one of these rules being that marriage and sex is designed to be between a man and a woman with a marriage ...create someone who was "homosexual"--contrary to his own design and desire for our lives? The answer is he wouldn't. Homosexuality is a lifestyle, not a gene. "...There is presently no generally accepted scientific evidence that the homosexual inclination is inborn.*" Here are hundreds of stories "from real-life people who have struggled with homosexuality" and have been delivered by Jesus Christ to live (as some of them have described) transformed, overwhelmingly joyful, fullfilled, purpose driven, peace filled, satisfied, healed, free lives in the relationship with God they were designed for, as the men and women they were created to be! : Exodus International ("freedom from homosexuality through the power of Jesus Christ")http://exodus.to/content/view/417/180/. See their main site here: http://www.exodus-international.org/. To quote one of the women^: "I now have such peace and joy in my heart. God is working in my life with all His power. God created me to be a woman, and deep inside of me, He has assured me that this is what I am. Perhaps God has allowed me to go through all the things I did so that I could help others who struggle with homosexual temptations -- to let them know that he loves every one of them, but that He hates all sin. People need to know and to see and hear how God can save and deliver. What He has done in my life, I believe He can do in your life, no matter what problems you have. The Enemy, Satan, is a liar. He comes 'to steal, kill and destroy.' God comes to give us life, joy and peace. He wants us to experience freedom. Jesus is the way out of all our struggles with sin. Satan is already defeated. I encourage you to read Leviticus 20:13, and Romans 1:24-28. These scriptures give insight as to what God has to say about homosexuals. Homosexuality does not come from God. Remember also Philippians 4:13, 'I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.' Friends, be encouraged! You can make it. To God be the glory for redeeming my life from destruction!" A women named Kristin Johnson, who struggled with homosexuality wrote: "...In this isolation and suffering, an amazing thing happened: I discovered that Jesus was the best source of love I had ever known. Christ's intense love for me led me to obedience, and my obedience led me to sexual healing and wholeness. I had failed to fully believe how He longed to take care of me and provide for all my needs. Now I found that He is good, He provides, and He loves me more than I can comprehend. The world told me my identity would be found in embracing lesbianism, in sex, or in Mr. Right. But my identity and worth are found in embracing and obeying my Creator, my Lord and Savior. I am a daughter and heir of the living God. In confessing sin and turning from it, I feared that God would have nothing waiting for me at the other end. How wrong I was." As another woman said at the end of her testimony: "God loves you and wants you to be with Him. It doesn't matter what you think you have done, His love is bigger. He loves us more than we could ever understand, and He had already given the ultimate sacrifice for us to prove it, He sent His only son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. All that He is waiting for is for you to reach out your hand and call out to Him." Love, Amy ----- *Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Christian Guidance department **Billy Graham
  • Definitely not. Dont you remember where he liked having his feet rubbed by a young woman. As for kissing Judas that was just a social convention of his time, it does not mean anything.
  • read the AV 1611KJV Bible and you'll find Jesus was not queer. The Bible says that sexperverts are sin, so why would Jesus, without sin, go against Romans 1.20-32?
  • Well, first of all, I have not found anywhere in the Bible where it teaches, or hints at God creating homosexuals. As far as human beings go, God created male, and female, that IS in the Bible, and I know that God does NOT go against His own word, it's impossible for Him to do that. I suggest you read the Bible for yourself, start today. Start at Genesis, and Exodus etc. Than read the New Testament, check it out for your self, I did, and I found the real truth. Have a good day.
  • This is good question... Takes a look at his life.. He was born from a virgin.. He have grownup with an absent 'father' (in the way of he not living with him or in the 'same house' like divorce/split family), by this, he is not living with a male model beside Joseph, who is step-father, who knows? Because is not is biological child, maybe he was distant to Jesus. No sign of puberty awkwardness or contact with female person through his teenage years beside his mother, Mary. In the adulthood, his hangout with a bunch of guy (who's have no girlfriends/wifes). Maybe Jesus is not gay but maybe his disciples (or certains) was! Mary-Magdalena was the only girl important is his story. Finally, Jesus was a shy guy without sexual awareness or 'in the closet', because in this ancient times, this not that much accepted. I'd like to answer without a doubt, but we're never gonna know.. but... Maybe he was! Who knows?
  • Or did a confused man simply create both? Peace.
  • i guess it really doesn't matter does it, what if he was gay, what you dont know cant hurt you =)
  • Actually, if you follow this logic: Most people are straight, but some people are gay. That would make God bi-curious, or at most bisexual.
  • you are showing some ingorance, read the Bible, God HATES the sin of sex-perverts[fags/queers/fruits/lesbos/etc.] When ya get in front of Jesus someday, He's going kick your stupid face to mars. ignorance= lack of knowledge. you haven't studied.
  • jesus had a lot of spare time with his "apostles."
  • Of course he was gay. He never had a gf. He always hung out with guys. He was a mama's boy.   http://lovelifelikeyourself.files.wordpress.com/2008/12/jesus20kiss.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_OMLYyLC8HTo/SGP3htSNMxI/AAAAAAAAJT4/tvUPrB5Gk4o/s400/Gay-Jesus-bible.jpg http://grilledjesus.com/images/3296892-molotov-jesus_gay_1144239404.jpg   Images of Jesus over the centuries have traditionally been girly, effeminate, limp-wristed. http://www.reformation.org/roman-jesus.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_6o0mN36pvlw/Sjf6l7zYSsI/AAAAAAAAAWQ/z91kTmi3gMY/s320/Effeminate+Jesus.jpg http://members.fortunecity.com/faithofgod/graphics/femjesus.jpg http://pastorerik.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/011508-2347-whymendontg2.jpg   If Jesus came back today he'd get a sex change and then become an interior decorator or a wedding planner, and do lunch with Richard Simmons.
  • YES, JESUS CHRIST WAS GAY :) ..
  • You need to read: "The Family: a Proclamation to the World", as written by the 12 apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ, in 1995. That should, pretty much, answer all such types of Q's.
  • Or right-handed, or whatever? We have two genders but only one is identified with "God", does that mean women are not created in the "image" of God? But the question is really good because now we have to consider just what "image" means...and I would submit that "image" refers not to the physical characteristics but the spiritual. For we have women ministers and female role models, all of which suggest that perhaps, if we ALL ARE CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD it is that we all have spiritual identities which are similar (not identical, just similar) and all are equal in the eyes of the Lord, whether we are right handed, gay, male or female, etc. Just perhaps. Wow! What a concept. Real equality? Scary.
  • read first corenthians. should clear it all up. short anwser: no.
  • Id say maybe. they did keep out his experimental collage years out of the bible. plus he hung out with a bunch of dudes. but he must have liked chicks too.
  • thats an easy one. Being gay is a sin, and God has nothing to DO with sin! So, He couldn't have created sin because, yes, this sounds crazy, but he CANT! Gay people have chosen to be gay, just like robbers choose to steal. It's their choice. SO um...NO...Jesus was a straight man, God but in the form of man.
