Help answer this question below.

While visiting family in the country my female dog ran away with their female who we later found was on on heat, They were away 8 hours!, about 2 days later my dog was bleading (on heat a little early) she is still bleding now 3rd day ...

    It is very unlikely that your bitch is pregnant. However, it could be possible your family member's dog IS pregnant.

    When they are bred during their heat they usually don't bleed much as they are coming out. But, that isn't always true. Some bitches bleed a lot even after bred (and pregnant) and some bitches immediately go out of heat and never bleed once pregnant.

    and I am wondering if they found a male dog while they were gone could my dog be in pup as she was not bleeding at this time? and also would she still be bleeding if she were allready pregnant?

    That's called "synchronization" which can happen among female dogs as well as female humans. Dogs normally come into heat every six months or so, but it can change to match the estrus cycle of other dogs with which they come into contact.
