Is there a hazard relay on a 97 ford taurus.... my blinkers and bulbs work but my hazards wont go on

    Yes there is. According to AutoZone, it is located...
    .
    "Behind left hand side of the instrument panel at the left hand side of the steering column"
    .
    A quick perusal of Ford Taurus Owners' forums indicates that the turn signal lever switch (multi-function switch) often fails on these cars.

    One or the other is probably your problem.
