I'm not 12"...but I have a well developed 7" package.
Lets say I hang well. I show a bluge in shorts or jeans. Some times I'm really showing and I don't care. With that said I really don't see too many people staring and I know there is something to see down there. I guess women are more discreet. Men just stare at a women's nipples.
