Is the Priminister of AUSTRALIA wrong,when today(est)28/12/07,after Benizir Bhutto's assassination he described it,quote "as an attack on Pakistan's democracy"unquote.?
Question being,can a dictatorship correctly be called a democracy?

    I think he was referring to the idea that Bhutto was representing a move toward democracy in Pakistan, therefore he is not wrong if you view it in that context.
    All statements depend on the context in which you read them.
