Alka Seltzer Plus cold medicine is good, but it tends to dry out your nasal passages.
Dayquil is also a good one, however when I've taken it I've felt somewhat disoriented, it could be the due to one of the ingredients (dextromethorpan) which if abused can cause mind-altering effects.
