Help answer this question below.

Is it bad to drink sparkling flavoured mineral water instead of plain water? Is there any chance those artificial sweeteners aren't really so bad..?

    Those artificial sweeteners are very bad for you. They are chemicals. Many of them actually trick your body into thinking you didn't have that drink, you didn't eat that food and that you are still hungry. I think that is cruel and an evil plot by the manufacturers. It's like getting you addicted to the stuff.

    As far as sugars and calories, Jes is absolutely right- just check the nutrition label.

    One thing I ran into, though, is that there are acids and such in them that give them their flavor. These, if you drink too much, can actually end up hurting your stomach if you have a weak or sensitive stomach. I wouldn't worry too much on the last, though, unless you start experiencing symptoms!

    if you are trying to lose weight and you are worried about if for that reason i would just check the calorie and sugar content........i think its pretty much about the same as drinking just water.....like propel.....yummy :))
