Why do I get a humming sound from my speakers when my PS3 is hooked up with component cables, and how do I fix it?

    Grounding problem between the two or AC is on the input cable side because a Capacitor / Filter is not working properly. Have a VOM??? Measure it for AC. Make sure that Ur Stereo is Really Grounded & then that the "Box" is as well. Also, use Only the "Proper" input ports of the Stereo, which would Not be like "Turntable" etc.. John
