  • Anywhere between 100-150 should be fine, but it also depends on what your max is. I would say probably start off at like 95 or 105, and try to get up 10 reps. then increase the weight by 10 pounds for 3 more sets for a total of 4 sets and max weight of 125-135 depending on ur starting weight. That should be good.
  • depends what what your trying to accomplish. If your going for bulk, heavy weight, less reps. If your going for "cut" lighter weight, more reps. Be careful, you dont want to hurt your self. As a general rule, you should be able to push your own weight
  • Best bet is don't do it. Your bones need to fuse before you start body-building. Male bones fuse give or take at the age of 22. Once your bones have fused you can build as much body as you want.
  • I think thats a proper weight for 5ft6.
