What utensils are best to use with stainless steal cookware?

    Heat-resistant plastic and heat-resistant rubber utensils seem to be the least abusive to the cookware.

    Wood spoons and other wood tools also prevent scratches and unwanted dents.

    Using these utensils does not mean you'll be able to cook eggs and omelets in those pans. "Curing" or "seasoning" is an entirely additional, different process.

    Any you choose. I love to use wooden spoons or spatulas to stir but will use stainless spatulas to turn and flip. I also love using tongs, good tongs so I don't pierce any meat and it's really easy to turn little things accurately. It's like having your hands in the pan, only it doesn't burn as much lol!
