The only things you are able to upgrade on that model are the hard drive (from 200Gbs/4200 rpm to 320Gb/5400 rpm) and possibly the RAM (from 2GB to 4GB, if the motherboard will support it). However please realize that a 32bit version of Windows will not recognized all of the 4GBs of memory.
The Processor, Motherboard, I/O and on-board video are set and cannot be changed.

What kind of upgrade are we talking about? Most laptops don't allow for an upgrade to the CPU or video card. The best you can hope for is extra RAM (but only if it supports more) and maybe a bigger hard drive (ditto).
