If you worked with someone that got on your nerves by calling you too much, would you ever call them to ask them questions you could find the answer to yourself?

no. that would only encourage them to. there are two possible solutions to this 1 every time this person calls - say you dont know the answer even if you do - sooner or later they'll stop calling. 2 - outright tell this person they should know the answers and you can't keep helping them - say that giving them the answers all the time isn't helping them in the long run because they are doing nothing to help themselves. there is a saying i've heard "GIVE a man a fish - he eats for a day - TEACH a man to fish - he eats for life."

No and if i did need to ask them something, i'd do it during one of their many calls to me.

May i ask a question? Why would anyone call someone who annoys them for an answer they could find themself? Is this a trick question? Ofcourse i wouldnt call. Theres no point if i could find the answer myself, even if they weren't annoying. lol
