There are several countries whose currencies are not available outside the borders of that country and I guess would therefore be untradable... I found when I visited Romania in the late 90s that I could not get Romanian lei anywhere until I arrived in the country, although I suspect that will have changed now as they have entered the European fold a little more. I expect the Cuban Peso isn't available for Forex trading though.

I tried to see if I could trade the Colombian Peso (COP), but could not find it, I guess it's not available on the forex market.

Laos is one. The Lao kip (LAK) may be quoted against other currencies (about 8,500 to the US dollar) but it can only be used and changed into dollars, Thai baht or other currency within the Lao PDR.
