it's a VERY small percentage... they are a reputable company and make some great motherboards (i have purchased several over the years)... with that said, they make a huge quantity of motherboards and some are damaged in shipping and some defective ones slip through the cracks. i've heard plenty of cases of people recieveing defective boards, but the overall percentage is so incredably small
