It really depends on the amount of curve. You can grind lens on a very curved but I wouldn't recommend it. 1) the lens will probably be very thick even if you have only a medium prescription 2) You will probably have wicked distortions that will make you feel really uncomfortable. There is a lens available (one such lens is called a Spazio Lens by Sola Optical) that corrects for the thickness and the distortions but it is pretty expensive. It would cost around $300 USD
