If you haven't already tried it, consider checking out amazon.com . They keep an image of the DVD cover for almost all the movies they sell. Some movies only have the front cover available, but some movies have many different angles. Sometimes customers also send in pictures of the DVD once they order it. Most of the images are a good size and can easily be saved to your computer. This is probably one of the easiest ways because you can simply enter the DVD you want in amazon's search.

All I do is search it on google.com and BOOM! you have like 2,000 images of the cover.

Maybe when you search for the item in Amazon or any other retail site, you come across the image and you can copy and paste it.
