I love sweet and sour sauce on them. Sometimes I will dip them in potsticker sauce with lots of garlic.

I prefer to just eat it plain. To me, none of those sauces go well with an egg roll.

I use duck sauce about 95% of the time, and the rest of the time (5%), I use hot mustard sauce.

I prefer the eggroll without sauce, Kev..just as I (horror of horrors!) prefer ribs succulent in their own glory without sauce. When you use the sauce you lose the flavor of the eggroll or the ribs, or anything else. I like pasta without tomatoey sauce...I like it with butter, some garlic, maybe some braised mushrooms and some freshly grated parmesan..that way you can taste it..otherwise it's like having a bowl of tomato soup with noodles! Happy Saturday! :)

I usually like a light touch of Duck sauce, though some places do egg rolls right and don't require saucing.

  • I prefer Spring Rolls and I use duck sauce. Actually, Thai Spring Rolls are my favorite and a good Thai restaurant has more than duck, soy, or mustard sauce. There is one close by that serve their own sauces and they are to die for.
