Help answer this question below.

When ever i install my ATIRadeon express 200m graphics card driver it shows up with a window that says "No ATIGraphics Driver is installed, or the ATI Driver is not functioning properly, install the ATI Driver appropriate for your ati hardware"whats wrong

    Use Mobility Modder- http://www.hardwareheaven.com/modtool.php , to install the driver. The driver can not be installed due to restrictions made by the laptop manufacturer. Mobility Modder removes those restrictions.

    Download the latest driver from the AMD/ATI website, then use Mobility Modder on the driver.

    It's impossible to know what's wrong based on the info given, but driver problems can usually be solved by downloading the most current drivers from the manufacturer's website: http://ati.amd.com

    ATI's drivers, even the ones shipped with the hardware, are sometimes a bit flaky.
