My father just recently quit his old job for one at a hotel in its management division. Among some of the (amazing) benefits that he receives from the hotel: Life and health insurance (and it extends to the rest of our family too!) Dental (wow! not sure if this includes tooth grills =P ) Greatly Discounted rates on rooms for himself and any family members FREE lunch at any of the hotel's fine dining establishments Discounts on dining for family members Free tickets to special events being held in the hotel for himself and family members Use of company vehicles Suprisingly good isn't it? Of course the benefits will always differ with each hotel. Also, since my father works in management he is probably getting a few more benefits than say, the maid who cleans the rooms.

I get an especially low [or free] rate at the property I work at, as well as a considerable discount at other various other hotels throughout the US that are owned by the same parent company. In addition, I can pass a lesser discount on to family & friends.
