  • Before ending things, let her know that you miss the fun times you used to have and would like to have them again. Perhaps she doesn't realize this. Be honest with her and tell her that you think she cares more about watching tv than doing things with others. Ask her if she's feeling depressed, try to find out what's going on with her. Honesty truly is the only way to accomplish anything here.
  • I am estranged from someone that I used to chat with and do things with... she kind of just has faded out of my life. I don't feel the need to formally end the friendship, it kind of just disconnected itself without saying a word. Maybe the same can happen for you.
  • You could try an intervention first. Hopefully with all of her friends and family there, she will see how much her TV addiction is affecting the ones she loves.
  • Uh... delete her from MSN or something and see if she talks to you. If not, ignore her. If she asks you why, tell her she never talks to you anymore. :)
