There is an SEO strategy called "local Business listing". This local business listing helps in driving more traffic to your website and also to increase your sales. The local business listings can also be done for businesses that don't have a website. Important! You have mentioned that you are getting lots of traffic to your website. However, you haven't mentioned anything about the position of your website in the search engine results. If your website is not in the top 10 search engine results, you should definitely get into SEO before it's too late. Moreover, there are some effective SEO strategies that can build credibility to your website too.

That depends on what you want. If you want to increase sales, then yes. Traffic does not necessarily equal sales and can benefit from being better targetted for example.
