I haven't heard that.But I think it means realising our own strengths and finding the right way to tap out and exploit our talents and potentials

Unlearn false modes of thinking based on rote "learning"; break out of past conditioning & self-deception. Without socialization there is no society. But an unavoidable side-effect is how much of your primordial essence is destroyed by this process. In reaction--some would say overreaction--Nietzsche was single-minded in his focus on the individual. A reaction which may have been necessary: to counter the ascendancy of the Industrial age, populated with loyal workers for the assembly lines. You have forgotten your true self. Be prepared to reject much of what you were told is true.
