    I don't agree with the anal cancer possibility. The fissures, hemorrhoids, I can agree with. As a girl that likes anal sex I do worry about these things.

    I did discuss it with my doctor. His point was that people get hemorrhoids all the time for various reasons... in fact embarrassingly enough I've got them. Many girls do and its not because of anal sex.

    Hemorrhoids become irritated and bleed during bowel movements... Still infection is rare. So a hemorrhoid during anal sex is really no different.

    Anal fissures... sure everyone worries about them. But with proper preparation, lubrication the risk is minimal... in fact I was told some what less than that of a person that becomes badly constipated. I've been constipated before and the things you pass hurt like hell... Way more than anal sex if done right so I can't see that regular damage is being done to me back there.

    As far as muscular control... you bet... I have great control now days.

    As long as you use enough lubrication and you clean up between anal and vaginal sex the only thing you need to worry about is STD's.

    People are really ignorant of the risks but there are definitely long-term effects of anal sex.

    The anus doesn't lubricate so plenty of that is advisable. Possible side effects: vaginal infections (if done after), penis iritation, higher risk of anal warts, hemorids and anal cancer, breakdown of anal walls over time which can lead to bowl problems, rectal fissures and bleeding.

    I am not saying don't do it, but know the facts and know the risks before you do.

    If you have anal sex on a regular basis and love it by all means go for it as long as you feel you're not getting damage from it. If your butt hurts after a big poop ou might want to slow down. If your girl doesn't feel any pain or boy then it's all good
