  • Maybe sync the controllers again? Press the guide button (with the logo) on the controller. Then press the little round button on top of the controller next to the left bumber and the light around the guide button will start spinning. Press the same little button on the console next to the second memory slot and the consoles guide button will spin and the two will link up.
  • If the wireless controllers won't connect under any circumstances even with the Charge-and-Play Cable then you most likely have a problem with a board inside your 360, i think it's like the RF board or something, mind you, the C-P cord only forces through an electrical charge and does not force the controller and console to connect, it just works when your batteries are low, in the event that your console is faulty, you can purchase RF boards and replace them yourself (voids the warranty but takes 20 minutes) or send it into XBox HQ (gives you more warranty but takes like 6 months)
