Is there a country in the world where a non-native could become president, prime minister, etc?

    I do not know of any country other than the US that still has this racist policy. Most countries have a minimum requirement for having lived in the country, 30 years I think.

    I could be wrong and look forward to hearing from more knowledged people about this :)
