  • If memory serves me correct there is no stipulation in the constitution about non natives holding any office other than President of the us So A non native theoretically could hold any cabinet position in the executive branch (I don't believe a non native could be vp because what happens if the president dies or cant perfornm his job)legeslative I assume a non native could be a senator so long as he meets all the other requirements and Judicial a non native could theoretically be cheif justice of the supreme court.
