No, you must understand this, pay-per-view uses a remote which controls that menu. Modern games run on the systems of such as GameCube, XBox, XBox 360, and PS3. These each require their own controller, which cannot be just plugged into your TV to play. Unless you're in a hotel, but that's a different situation.
