Short answer in two words......they don't. i guarantee that if a minor has their parents credit card and their social security number, the casinos will accept them as a player. the only safe and absolute means of not allowing minors to gamble is by visual sight and checking their identification.

Money is the name of the game and the casinos just want all they can get. i believe the casinos care, but there is no way a casino can identify the person, on the keyboard, as an adult. its the same principle as child molesters on the internet.

They ask for birthdates and social security numbers as verification.
