    It really depends on who you like, and how you judge 'greatest'. Lex Luthor has probably caused them the most trouble over the years. I always enjoy seeing Prometheus mix it up with the League. Ras al Ghul has only taken on the League once, but he was pretty good at it, and I'd love to see a rematch. General Eiling is major trouble whenever he shows up. And Darkseid--well, who else could deal with Darkseid but the League? Amazo is always a fun fight--the more Leaguers show up to fight him, the more powerful he gets! My personal favorite has always been the Key--better living through chemistry. :)
