I've tried to lose weight recently, but I can never stay motivated. Even my friend tried to help me, but it doesn't work. Up until now, I never even started to even try. How can I stay motivated and eat the right foods?

    Don't buy the wrong foods in the first place. Insist on making yourself dinner as often as possible. Take up cooking as a hobby and learn some good, healthy recipes.

    As for motivation, here is a trick I have learned. Get a large calendar. For every day that you succeed in doing healthy things, shade that day with a marker. Hopefully that will give you momentum as you do not want to break the shaded streaks on the calendar.
