Ask to see results they have gotten in the past, perform online research by looking up their company name or domain name on Google, look at BBB or Ripoffreport for any red flags, start with a lower investment and test the waters, then invest more instead of all at once, ask to call a couple of clients they have to verify all you find. There are plenty of ways, usually the amount they charge will tell you. If they are extremely cheap for what they offer, they probably aren't a good choice. If they are very expensive they might be a great company but out of your budget. Try to find a simple medium price and service wise.
