Question

Help answer this question below.

I'm looking for the scariest film ever made . . . was their one scarier than the original Exorcist? (the "enhanced" versions didn't work as well I don't think.)

Oh my god, you need to watch 28 weeks later, its the sequel to 28 weeks or something other like that, but watch 28 weeks later first! ITS SCARY! An infection hits and makes people go like crazy. Ew. Disturbing but good.

Cliff Richard in Summer Holiday - made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.

    Other than that, Silent Hill.

If you have a strong stomach, try Zombie! I warn you, it is graphic, and the storyline is cheesy. The director said screw the BS, lets make the title creatures as amazing as possible and it worked!

I think scariest film ever made is so difficult to answer -- everyone would probably have his or her pick. I don't think I could choose one as THE scariest ever made but the following have scared me immensely:

1968 "Night of the Living Dead"
original "The Exorcist" ( it overwhelmed me more than scared me, I guess)
    "Cloverfield"
    1963 "The Haunting"
    "The Birds"
    "Psycho"
"Threads" - the terrifying UK answer to the American farce "The Day After"
