  • I'm not sure if it would be any cheaper, some of the boxes we sell at work can cost 40.00
  • well now I know what to get for christmas lol
  • Boxes, balls, tupperware, a spoon and pot combination, maybe a few hangers. It's definitely not worth the money to buy these expensive toys the kids won't care about at all. It's everyday household objects which fascinate them. Put the cash in a college fund or something!
  • Because adults buy toys for kids based on what they themselves would want or remember wanting. Now, freed by that information, enjoy shopping for things that come in cardboard boxes. Just in case.
  • We could call it. . . . BOXING DAY!
  • Because we are a society that places more value on how much was spent on a gift than anything else while kids are merely out for their own entertainment and too naive/innocent to be tactful enough to play by our rules. Young kids are simple. Simpler than you or I. Well, you anyways. I still play with bubble-wrap ;)
  • True. Children have a lot of imagination and all they need is "make believe" things to play than the real ones. You might have noticed they do not look at the value of the toys. Their mind is fertile of innovations.
