No. The commercialization of Christmas is blasphemy. Targeting the use of "X-mas" is simply nonsense.

I do it all the time. Silly to even think it would be. It is like Online Abbreviations when you are typing the word out. It saves time - no biggie.

I read on my 12th grade vocab test that to think that X-mas being *blasphemy* is *erroneous.* It does, actually, come from the Greek for Christ.

if you are serious about blasphemy then you need to evolve past the middle ages i think.... whups... sorry... dealing with two faced souls lately... the blasphemy is to forget what teh holiday is about, not what you call it
