Yes, your hand, finger, fingers, or by crossing your thighs together. You will know when you've had an orgasm. The vaginal muscles will contract and there will be clear discharge, you may or may not ejaculate. Females have been known to ejaculate, just as men have. For some women it feels like a big wave, or many waves, or a crescendo of arousal. It varies from woman to woman. Some women use circular motions, up and down motions, and many other techniques and positions. You may have an orgasm by clitoral and or vaginal stimulation. You may or may not find a g spot. You may get a reddened face or chest after an orgasm, this is normal. Breathing usually gets faster and facial grimaces are common right before and during one. For me it feels like an intense pressure and fullness of my vulva and vagina, and th emost intense arousal on my clitoris.
