What are the causes? The vitamins, preservatives, or sweeteners?

Its the sweetners,I looked it up one day as I wanted to take all caffine out of my diet . But you know you can also over medicate yourself with too many vitamins also and it over works your liver.
I drink Fruit 2 O and it seems to work better for me.

Only thing I could think of with those types of side-effects is related to a low blood-sugar level. Were you reducing your calorie intake (eating significantly less) while drinking all those fluids? If you don't have enough calories to take in and sustain your bodily energy, you'd run into just what you described.
