Was this the worker's comp doctor or your doctor? After 10 days you have the right to see your own doctor, you do not have to continue treatment with their doctor. I had a work related injury and was told there was nothing wrong with me by a physiatrist and I have had an MRI done and my SI joint in my hip is just whacked right out of place. These doctors that they send you to are pretty much "employed" by them so they will do pretty much whatever the insurance company tells them to do or say. I suggest seeing your family doctor if you haven't already. Worker's comp is all a game these days unless you have a really awesome employer.

Find a pain management doctor on your own...you don't have to be "refered" to some of them. You will just need a current MRI and an X-ray! I had the same problem with my doctor. He seemed to think all I needed were anit imflamitory drugs! Ha! For 5 herniated discs and degenerative disc disease!! People can be so judgemental about getting pain relief! But then they are usually the same people who are not in pain!! Good luck to you!
