Wiccans are pagans. One is not seperate from the other. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paganism

Wicca is a form of paganism.

Wicca is a paganism religion. Basically Paganism pertains to the religions that are non-monotheistic. Depends on your point of view of what you consider bad. In light of a Christian view, any paganism's religion is considered as satanic.

I didn't know that either one was 'bad'.

Nothing since your statement is completely incorrect. By definition, paganism is: a person who does not acknowledge your god; a person who follows a polytheistic or pre-Christian religion (not a Christian or Muslim or Jew) Wiccans, therefore, are pagans.

Wiccans are Pagans, and one on either path can choose to use its teachings for positive, or negitive. Neither is good or bad.

It should be pointed out, that whilst all Wiccans are Pagans, not all Pagans are Wiccan. In fact some Pagans regard Wicca as a little too "fluffy bunny" for their liking. I think the confusion arises from the fact that many Pagan symbols have been hijacked by satanists for their own use, a prime example being the Pentacle (a five pointed star contained withing a circle) and Pentagram (a five pointed star). The inverted Pentagram or Pentacle is taken as a symbol of evil, which is actually not the case, there is no clear cut concept of evil in Paganism, the inverted symbol simply denotes an opposite meaning, winter to the upright symbols summer, or light and dark for instance. An inverted Pentacle/gram can also indicate a novice or neophyte, not yet initiated into the group, or coven.

As others have already answered Wicca is typically considered to be part of NeoPaganism/Paganism. However, there are two other things that need to be pointed out. The first is that most Pagans I know do not find any (or at least most) religions to be "bad". There are bad people who follow many religions, but in most cases, their religion itself teaches love, peace, and the pursuit of wisdom - which Pagans cherish. The second point is that one must realize that most Pagans have a different concept of "good" and "bad". We typically don't see things as black and white as the majority religions - instead preferring to look at things on a case-by-case basis and even then judging by what we deem harmful or not (which may vary depending upon the person). We're very "you do your religion, we'll do ours" kind of people as long as it neither violates our rights to do the last part nor does it violate the things that we worship (i.e. life, Mother Earth, etc.). *Please note: I try to say "most" when talking about Pagans because there is no set dogma or doctrine for Pagan beliefs.
