What steps do I need to do in order to marry a non-US citizen on a K-1 visa, after they enter the USA?

    Get married within 90 days (This is EXTREMELY important.)following whatever state laws are applicable to the state in which you reside. Then, have him/her file for the Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident.

    This answer is based on the assumption that you filed the K-1 fiancee visa. If you did not file the K-1, and they entered to marry someone else, then he/she will have to leave the country and start the process over with you as the petitioner.
