The iPod line of players are compatible with all of these formats and more (http://www.apple.com/ipod/specs.html). Additionally, according to a database of Apple products that I have on my computer (MacTracker) iPods have been able to handle these formats since they were first introduced. I can't comment on other MP3 players, but I suspect that the only potential problem with them would be their compatibility with iTunes.

However, if by iTunes files you mean files purchased from the iTunes Music Store, then your only choice is an iPod. Because of the copy protection used by Apple on these files, they will only work on iPods. I have heard that you can get around that by first burning the songs to a CD and then ripping them from that CD. Additionally, France has filed suit over this exclusivity. However, speculation is that, should the French government win, Apple will just close its French service.
