There's no customer service, the trolls run rampant and Yahoo does virtually nothing about them (and trolls send false abuse reports until legit users get suspended...all of the time). And it's just become over-run with juveniles, or adults who act very juvenile. It's a frustrating waste of time...except for the friends I made there. And they all came here to AB.

Yahoo Answers doesn't suck. I loved it. It was very addicting and I met a lot of great people along the way.
What I hated about it were the trolls. I also got Error 999 for no apparent reason.
