Many raptors used in Falconry for one (falcons, eagles, hawks) and I believe this centre also has owls that are free flown. http://www.falconrycentre.com
My own birds, a 'tiel and a Quaker. Both will come when called.
I believe it is possible that any bird, given training, and human imprinting, could come when called.
I have a Blue Quaker Parrot and he flys to me when i call him and hold my hand out. I fink you could probablot train any tame bird to do this.
