Like any job, you need a reason. If you have any serious complaints about a teacher, it could be your teacher, the teacher of a friend, a kid, or even a colleague then take it to their boss, a deputy head or in serious cases the head himself. However, if you are a student of theirs then you will need a serious reason and proof of that reason otherwise it probably would not be looked into unless it was for some kind of sexual assault.

Getting a teacher fired is almost impossible, teachers unions have the laws twisted into such a knot of red thread that you would have to literally catch him on tape with two cops watching and his grandmother there to prove his identity having sex with a student. get him fired? Slash his tires, paint his house, basically do anything to make his life shit. This is however not legal and I don't recommend you doing it.

Wy do you want to do this? Has something happened between the two of you? Do you fancy your teacher (something that is actually very common) but you were rejected and you now feel the need for some sort of revenge? Or does she pick on you, and why does she? Or is she one of the thousands of really terrible teachers that don't deserve to be called teachers? Whatever happens, I'd say you should knuckle down, do your work, get the best marks you can, keep out of trouble, and next year that teacher will be someone else's problem.

Teacher's unions aside, let's also remember that when you get someone fired you aren't just hurting that person. You may be affecting his/her family and/or children. What if this person is a single mother/father who relies on this job to feed and clothe his family? Instead of looking to blame another I think we owe it to ourselves to search deep within ourselves before we go and ruin someone elses livlihood. We have become a society who blames everyone else for our problems but we never look in the mirror because that is much harder to do. Take a good, hard look at yourself first before you go on a rampage to ruin someone's life. Take some responsibility for your own actions before blaming someone else.

First I would ask myself, what has this teacher done that warrants being fired? Has she molested you, neglected you or is she actually a dedicated teacher doing her job? If you have a valid reason... anyone could EASILY get her fired--get proof and give it to her supervisors. But, if you are just upset that she is a dedicated teacher that won't give up and let you disrupt her class. Or, you are lazy and rather not put forth the effort to learn and she is the mean ol witch forcing you; then, you are just trying to punish yourself. Usually the most hated teachers are those that don't give up on students that don't care to learn. Think about it... those mean teachers that force you to try to learn to help you can get a good job and make more money for yourself get NO more money or benefits than those that sit there and let you play all day. THOSE are the ones that actually CARE for YOU. I rather have a teacher that cares enough for me to force me to do what it takes to succeed rather than one that could care less if I learn anything. If you just want her fired or make her quit for no good reason... go ahead and slash her tires or something... you are probably already on your way to a life on the streets and becoming some jailmate's bitch. Have fun with that...

I don't fucken care if the teacher is-blah... blah.. blah..(making up his or her own excuses) she is there to teach. And that is the only reason to. Teaching should not be a choir or by force for them. Teaching should be something that the teachers love to do and embraces; not some know-it-all teacher who uses smack in the face cruel negative words. NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT WILL NEVER WORK. PERIOD. For those teachers out there that thinks that you can make up excuse for not doing your job and create a messy unorganize preparation for each lesson you may as well find a better niche(job situable for you). For example, TEACHING IN THE ZOO where where you can yells like a FUCKEN uneducated person.
