I have a dent thingy at the top of my Buttocks?! Where?! .....and what are you doing looking at my Butt anyway? *looks out window* Where are you? Show yourself! But seriously: What are you referring too, the cleft in the muscle where your spine is in your lower back? or are you referring to a dent at the top of the actual fleshy part of the buttocks?
