you should wait till he's finished grad school and then make the decision, kinda makes sense because you never know what might happen and if you really love him that much then whether you get married or not it wouldn't matter because it wouldn't change anything, you will always feel the same for him whether you have the 'married' title or not.

Yes... 18 is much to young to get married... many of my freinds married young, and now... divorced. Let him finish grad school, if he trully loves you, he'll wait. Plus waiting will give the both of you some more time to enjoy life a little. I've been married 23 years... (Same women, but we both waited till we were around 26 years old... It's not that old, but you do get a chance to enjoy life without being tied down. Another big factor that I found worth the delay is that you get all that staying late, and going out every weekend out of your system... Now that you've waited long enough, your ready to settle down and get into that whole marriage life style... then maybe children. My brother married his wife at the age of 19, after 16 years of marriage, she wanted to start going out every night with her single freinds... and before you know it... Divorce! I'm sure this happens to many couples who marry young... his wife felt that she "missed" her single years. probably did... In your case, at least your boyfreind is educated, a big plus in the survival of any marriage... I suggest that you wait! Get your own education finished... let him finish... and after all that is said and done, if he still loves you.. Then get married. I wish you both the best of luck... Steve :)

The person nyou choose as a life partner at age 18 and the person you would choose, let's say a year after that would be entirely diferent. At 18 I can assure you that your not even sure of who YOU are yet, much less what characteristics your husband FOR LIFE should hhave. Please!! Don't do it, at least until your 25.
