They will be doing blood tests and urine tests before they let you join, so the odds are they will catch it. Also, if you lie to get in, you are in breach of contract and they will not "just let you out". You will be given medical care and likely be punished.
Don't enter if your going to leave an easy way out. If you aren't going to give it your full dedication don't go at all. The other soldiers in training deserve someone who's as commited as them, beside it'd be dangerous for you as a diabetic trust me. The foods not that great.
