There are no short cuts in life and loosing belly fat is no exception. I would say you need to eat right, meaning cut down on sugar, carbs, sodium and increase your fiber intake. Fiber is plentiful in fruits and vegetables.
Run at least an hour at a time and cut the carbs out of your diet. it is that simple.
run and do sit ups and stop drinking beer and soda
You can't really target any specific part of your body to lose fat more than others. Think of it: when someone loses weight, the first place you usually notice it is in their face. But have you ever seen anyone doing face-crunches at the gym? Just burn more calories than you consume every day. Sit-ups will give you tone, but won't help the fat melt off your abs.
I'm watching the shrinking woman on tv right now and they just took off belly fat in surgery. (I guess this isn't really an answer...sorry.)
sit ups woo it works if not wear a heat blanket it creates steam in the belly and u sweat fat.
Dont drink soda.
work out.
watch what you eat...

just watch the portion sizes!
